Leadership Program Promotion

A program of Art of the Rural, the Kentucky Rural-Urban Exchange (RUX) accepts applications for a cohort-based leadership program each year, welcoming applicants from all over KY.

Drawing on the basics of the program's brand kit by Richard Young, I sought to capture the energy, excitement, and connectivity of RUX through this social media-based promotional campaign for applications.

All of the following materials were created in Canva for easy sharing & editing by RUX's statewide team of staff & volunteers.

Social Media Posts

To share and personalize the program, I drew from participant testimonials and 10 years of the program's photo archive in a month-long social media campaign to promote applications.

Instagram Reels

I created a series of Reels from a recent RUX promotional video. These were then customized with in-app text, closed captions, and link stickers via the Instagram Reels editor.
